Alphonse R. Supak, 91, of Ganado passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2019. Alphonse was born on July 17, 1927 in Fayetteville, Texas to Rudolph and Agnes Supak.
He is survived by his daughter; Roxanne Kazmir and son Robert Supak, his six grandchildren; Melissa Valadez, Jeffrey Supak, Crystal RIcks, Jamie Ricks, and Rebecca Hill, six great grandchildren; Ericka RIcks, J. W. Hill, Rita Hill, Caitlin Beames, Cara Beames and Zarron Hernandez.
Pallbearers will be; Jeffrey Supak, Dan Supak, Jr., Paul Supak, and Charles Supak.
There will be a visitation on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 from 5:pm to 7:pm with Rosary being recited at 6:pm at Ganado FUneral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will be Thursday, May 2, 2019 at 10:00 am at Assumption Catholic Church with Father Kirby Hlavaty officiating. Interment will follow at Assumption Catholic Cemetery.
