Donald Gene Steward Obituary

Donald Gene Steward, 65 of Lolita, has gone to his forever home, on Monday, November 21, 2022.  Donald, aka "Pops" was born on Monday, May 20, 1957 to Everette and Sally Steward.  He was born and raised in Oregon, but in 2016 he moved to Texas to be closer to his son and daughter-in-law, and his grandkids.  He loved his family, friends, motorcycles and cars. Pops will be dearly missed by all who knew him and loved him.

Donald is survived by his wife, Christine Garver, son, Joshua and his daughter-in-law, Heather Steward, grandkids, Gavin, Jonie and Clayton Steward.  He has been preceded in death by his parents, Everette and Sally Steward, and brothers, Leonard Karm and Robert "Butch" Steward.

The family will have a Celebration of Life Service at a later date.

Services have been entrusted to Russell Todish of Slavik Funeral Home, 209 N. Allen St., Edna, TX 77957, 361-782-2152.
