Gerald "Jerry" Edwin Anderson, 91 years old passed away on Monday, January 23, 2023, Jerry was born on March 19, 1931 in Edna to Hap Anderson and Annis Anderson.
There will be a graveside service on Tuesday, January 31, 2023 at 10:00 am at Bischoff Cemetery with Pastor Paul Kaiser officiating.
Jerry has been survived by his caring and loving family; his wife, Dorothy Born Tatum Anderson, son; Michael Jerry Anderson and his wife Doris, step-sons; Thomas M. "Skipper" Tatum, and Michael A. Tatum and his wife Rosie, step-daughters; Dorothy Carol Browning and her husband Carl, Roseann Snyder and her husband Randy, and Joy Diane Tatum, their 15 grandchildren; Mickey and Leah Anderson, Kingslee Mitchell, Jordan Anderson, Lauren Anderson, Cara and Sam Ross, Amber Browning, Laurel and Josh Srp, Adam and Christin Browning, Holly and Michael Kirton, Jesse and Carrie Snyder, John Snyder, Aimee Tatum, Courtney and Levi Salazar, Thomas M. and Cassie Tatum, Jr. and James Tatum. also their 24 great-grandchildren; Demi and Kamryn Anderson, Wyatt, Madeline, and Karoline Rowlands, Sealey Ross, Adelyn, Eli, and Noah Srp, Graham, Owen, and Evelyn Browning, Eza, Abel and Esther Kirton, Cobyn, Landyn and Cullen Snyder, Haley, Lian and Laya Tatum, Tatum Murry, and Ethan and Wyatt Salazar.
Jerry has been preceded in death by his parents; Annis Anderson and "Hap" Anderson, brothers; Thomas Kent "T.K." Anderson, Henry O "H.O." Anderson, sister; Patricia Ann Van Pelt, son, Mickey Perry Anderson, also preceded in death by his grandchildren; Jeremy Joseph Snyder, Brian Paul Snyder and Corey Tatum, and 2 of his great-grandchildren; Madeline Rae Tatum Murry, and Solomon Kirton. The Anderson family is a loving ang caring large family, Jerry will be missed dearly by all who knew him and loved him.
The family will have a full Celebration of Jerry's life at a later date.
Services have been entrusted to Russell Todish of Slavik Funeral Home.
