Hugh "Butch" Louis Capak, 79, passed away on Friday April 3, 2026. He was born on October 31, 1946, to Louis and Ruby Capak.
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Edith Capak, brother William Ray Capak and daughter Connie Sue Capak.
Hugh is survived by his daughter Shanna Harris (Cree), grandchildren Derek Lopez, Danielle Lopez, Caroline & Ervin Simmons, and Hailee Lopez; great-grandchildren Aliyah & Mason Simmons; and stepchildren Scott Becker, Sheila Fikes and Annette Kolterman.
A memorial service for Hugh will be held on Thursday April 23, 2026, at 2:00pm at the Slavik Funeral Home chapel with Pastor Larry Green officiating.
Services are entrusted to the Todish family of Slavik & Ganado Funeral Homes.
