Lucia (Brito) Gonzalez Obituary

Lucia Gonzalez, 57, of Edna went to her forever home on Thursday, December 10, 2020 surrounded by her family.  She was born on Wednesday, December 12, 1962 in Tlaquiltenango, Mexico to Rosa Maria Brito Leon.  Lucia is survived  by her family, her husband, Steve Gonzalez, daughters, Guadalupe Green, Anabel Mejia, sons, Ruben Mejia, Arturo Mejia and Jose Brito, her grandchildren, Brandon Green, Alyssa Mejia, Jaylynn Mejia and Arturo Mejia, Jr. sisters, Alicia Flor Norma, brothers, Ruffi, Brito and Juan. Lucia is preceded in death by her mother Rosa Maria Leon Brito.

There will be a visitation on Saturday, December 12, 2020 from 9:am to 11:am with a special Prayer Service beginning at 9:30 am with Pastor Andy Schroer officiating at Slavik Funeral Home Chapel.

Services have been entrusted to Russell Todish of Slavik Funeral Home, 209 N. Allen St. Edna, TX 77957, 361-782-2152.
