Minnie Cervenka was born August 14,1944 in Ganado Texas to Hope and Mary Jane Hadley. She married Frank A Cervenka in 1966. They had three children together Ray Wayne, Susan and Cindy Cervenka. They farmed together for many years until Franks passing in 1982. Minnie then went to work at Tex Tan where she made saddles and belts and made lots of friends through her years of working there. When She retired, she enjoyed her time with her grandchildren, planting fruit trees and watching hummingbirds. Minnie was a strong loving woman who always had a hot cup of coffee or a cold glass of iced tea waiting for anyone who stopped in to visit. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Minnie is survived by her children Susan Cervenka, Cindy Thomas (Shawn Cerny) and Mary Jane Cervenka; sisters Linda Whitaker (Dan) and Jolynn Bannert (Emil); brothers Kelly Hadley, Larry Hadley, Sterling Hadley (Kim) and Tim Hadley (Stephanie) and grandchildren Bryce Ulrich (Olivia), Sara Ulrich, Peyton Ulrich, Havoc Mangum, Bryan Cervenka, Jeremy Cervenka, Gene Cervenka and Ami Woodring. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, sister Mary Anne Gibson, brothers Wallace Hadley, PK Hadley, Kenneth Hadley, and Sonny Hadley and sons Ray Wayne Cervenka, John Dale Cervenka, and Frank August Cervenka Jr. A visitation will be held on Monday March 31, 2025, 10:00am at Morales Baptist Church with a funeral service beginning at 11:00am. Interment to follow at Memory Gardens of Edna Cemetery. Pallbearers are Sterling Hadley, Kelly Hadley, Larry Hadley and Tim Hadley. Honorary pallbearers are Bryce Ulrich, Sara Ulrich, Peyton Ulrich, Havoc Mangum, Stephanie Hadley and Jolynn Bannert. Services are entrusted to the Todish family of Slavik and Ganado Funeral Homes.
