Molisa Cortes, 62, went to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday, April 28, 2024.  Molisa was born on May 12, 1961, to Matias and Estella Pena.  She is survived by her husband Misail Cortes; children Matthew Rosalez (Rebecca) and Miranda Alvarez (Michael); sister Monica Arriaga (Jessie); father Matias Pena; grandchildren Lucas Crump and Gage Rosalez; and step-grandchildren Whitten Cortes, Aubree Avarez, and Ayden Alvarez. She is preceded in death by her mother Estella Pena.  Visitation will be Thursday May 2, 2024, at 9:00am at Assumption Catholic Church, with a rosary starting at 9:30am.  A funeral mass will start at 10:00am with Father Greg Korenek officiating. Interment to follow at Assumption Catholic Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Joseph Perez, Joey Almaraz, Eric Crump, Michael Cortes, Chris Arriaga, and Billy Cortes.  Honorary pallbearers will be Anthony Perez, Lucas Crump, Gage Rosalez, Michael Alvarez, Ayden Alvarez, and Jessie Arriaga Jr.  Services are entrusted to the Todish family of Ganado Funeral Home.
