Nelda Jean Pahmiyer, 82, passed away on Monday, August 31, 2020 at her home in Edna. Nelda was born on Wednesday, June 15, 1938 in Falls, Texas to LeRoy and Ima Anderson. She married Jimmy Pahmiyer on July 9, 1955 and they had three children; Dalton, Roger and Pamela. Nelda in also survived by her nine grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren, with twins on the way. 

Nelda was the owner of Head Hunters Beauty Salon in Edna for about 20 years. She also worked for Moo Moo's Drive Inn and Gary's Deli.

She so enjoyed her hobbies of fishing, needle crafts, dancing and spending time with her family, but her absolute favorite was her trips to Hobby Lobby. 

She has been preceded in death by her parents; LeRoy and Ima Anderson, husband Jimmy, and her brother Billy Anderson,

There will be a service for Nelda on Saturday, September 19, 2020 at 1:00 pm at Memory Gardens of Edna at the Arbor.
