Patricia Ann Fiala Thomas, 65, of Edna, passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2019. She was born on February 12, 1954 in El Campo, Texas to Edwin and Dorothy Fiala. "Patsy" as her sister called her, is survived by her mother; Dorothy Fiala, sister Julie Girndt and her husband Jimmy, bother Alln Fiala and his wife Debbie, daughter-in-law; Cindy Thomas, and her three grandchildren; Bryce, Sara and Peyton Ulrich..Patsy is preceded in death by her husband; Wayne Thomas, son; Johnny Wayne Thomas, father; Edwin Fiala,and her brother Donald Fiala.

Services will be held at Slavik Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, October 25, 2019 with visitation beginning at 9:00 am followed by the Funeral Service at 10:00 am, with Reverend Ron Lynn officiating.
