Rachael Erin Baker, 48, of Karnes City, Texas, was received into the arms of the Lord on June 30, 2025. Born on August 15th, 1976, Erin lived a life full of passion and love. As a young adult, Erin found solace from a difficult world with drugs, but ultimately never allowed those challenges to define who she was as a human. Sober from addiction for 20 years, Erin ultimately found safety in love with her husband, Will. Like him, Erin loved her children, and especially her grandchildren, fiercely. And in her role as "Nana" she will never be forgotten.
Erin has been preceded in death by her father; Bob Gotcher, and she is survived by her mother, Rachael; her husband, Will; her sister, Christina Ervin, her three children; Curtis, Cheyenne and Carsyn, also her four grandchildren, Gracie, Addie, Ryder and Lynnox.
A Celebration of Life will take place at Edna Presbyterian Church on Saturday, July 5, 2025 beginning at 11am.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Todish Family of Slavik Funeral Home, 209 N. Allen St., Edna, TX 77957, 361-782-2152
