Robert Pierce Allen III, born December 13, 1972, in Bradenton, Florida, was called home to be with the Lord on November 28, 2025.  He was born to Robert P. Allen II and Deborah Vann along with his younger brother Christopher Allen.  After coming to Texas, Rob pursued a higher education and earned his degree in 2010 as Registered Professional Land Surveyor. Rob was very passionate about his career and work, and even though he wasn’t in the field as often after obtaining his license you could still find him doing the leg work in surveying to ensure the accuracy and quality of his work.  During this time, he and Aimee quickly realized their love for each other and began their lives together; getting married in 2008. He became a dedicated husband and devoted his life to her and her two daughters, Emily Davis and Jessica Wheeler, who he loved and helped raise as his own. He worked hard to be a role model, teaching them values and life skills.  Rob loved to spend his free time joking with his wife and teasing his stepdaughters. He would often think of things to do for his grandchildren, such as finding fossils while surveying for them, or showing them how coding was used to create survey plats on the computer. He spent his later years building his own surveying company, strengthening his love with his wife and sneaking scraps and extra treats to his two dogs: Bigsby and Elsie. He had started his dreams of owning his own company and working towards living off the land.  Rob was survived by his wife, Aimee Allen; mother Deborah Vann; father Robert P. Allen II; brother Christopher Allen; daughters Emily Davis and husband Dan, and Jessica Wheeler; and grandchildren James and Bryson Wheeler. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Freeman and Earline Suggs, Ann Byler and Carroll E. Allen. A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 8th at 10 AM at the Ganado Funeral Home chapel with interment to follow at Ganado City Cemetery.
