Shereen Marie Deyton Ashley, 84, of Lolita, went home to her Lord on Monday, September 13, 2021. Shereen was born in Lolita to Willard Deyton and Dora Gunter Deyton on Tuesday, April 6, 1937.  Shereen is survived by her loving family, Daughters; Dora Jo Goppert Bartek, Jacqlyn McBride and Debra Goppert Besaw, her son-in-law; Jason McBride, sons; Frederick Goppert, Jr. and Kenneth Goppert, her five grandchildren; Dwayne and Holly Bartek, Matthew and Cara Bartek, Brandon and Raven Davis, Andrew and Valerie Davis and Shelby McBride, her great-grandchildren; Jonah Bartek, Maddie Bartek, CC Bartek, Penny Bartek and Juno Davis.  She is also survived by her twin sister Mereen Deyton Beals, and her brother-in-law Gilbert Beals, and sister-in-law Thelma Deyton.  Shereen has been preceded in death by her parents; Dora and Willard Deyton, her husband; Martin Ashley, brothers; Elbert, Willard Uranous, Jack and Harold Deyton, also her sisters; Faye, Essie and Frances Deyton.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be sent to Hospice of South Texas, 605 E. Locust Ave., Victoria, TX 77901

Per Shereen's request interment will be at Red Bluff Cemetery, there will be no formal service.
