Vera Lee Fisher Tarver, 75, of Edna, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, November 21, 2021.  Vera was a kind and loving wife, mother, and grandmother.  She was a registered nurse for several years.  Vera is survived by her loving family, her son, Freddie N. Tarver, II, her daughter, Lynette L. Goldman, and her loving grandchildren; Dylan and Drake Tarver, Ashlyn and Matthew Goldman, also her great-grandchildren; Whitley Lyn and Kerry Grace Goldman.  She has been preceded in death by her parents, Clem T. Fisher and Opal Lee Fisher, and her husband Freddie N. Tarver, I.

Services will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021 at First Assembly of God Church at 115 Cypress St. Edna, TX 77957, at 10:00 am with Pastor David Murff officiating.  Services have been entrusted to Russell Todish of Slavik Funeral Home, 209 N. Allen St. Edna, TX 77957, 361-782-2152.
