There will be a Visitation on Friday, July 19, 2019 from 5:pm to 7:pm with Rosary being recited at 6:pm at Slavik Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will be Saturday morning, July 20, 2019 at 10:am at St. Bosco Catholic Church in Vanderbilt with Father Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens of Edna.
Willie Mae lived in Vanderbilt for 65 years and was a telegraph operator for the railroad for 20 years. She is survived by her children; Janet Kagy and her husband Carl, Charles Phillips, and Joseph Phillips and his wife Darla, her three grandchildren; Miranda, Ricky and Amber and two great-grandchildren; Fulton and Judith. She is preceded in death by her parents; Frances Zalman Stuchley and Emil Stuchley, husband D. W. Phillips, two sisters;; Lillian Dulock, and Virginia Lednicky, and three brothers; John, Victor, and Herbert.
Services have been entrusted to Russell Todish of Slavik Funeral Home, 209 N. Allen St. Edna, TX 77957, 361-782-2152.
